REFUND POLICY

Refunds are based on Software failure. Refunds are provided ONLY AFTER our tech support team has assisted in your installation and the Software fails to function fully. ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC will determine if a refund is necessary based on individual situations. If refund is provided, You must follow the termination guidelines detailed in the TERMINATION section of this License Agreement. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER SEVEN DAYS FROM INITIAL PURCHASE DATE. REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED if a client has NOT fully evaluated the Software demo or the Software trial prior to purchase.

TERMINATION

You shall delete all copies and instances of ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC.'s Software(s) from your possession within 3 days of ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC.'s License Agreement termination notice. IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH OUR TERMINATION PROCEDURE, LEGAL ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE GIVEN 3 DAYS GRACE PERIOD OF COMPLIANCE.

PRIVACY

It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not, and won't ever sell names to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC products do not collect any information from your system other than the information required for the products correct functionality (eg: RAM counts). Your private information is safe with us.

SUPPORT

It is the policy of ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC to offer free helpdesk based 24/7 priority technical support to all of our registered customers. ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC. does not provide phone based technical support.

SOFTWARE PIRACY

ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC will take legal action against any users that are found to be pirating ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC products. In addition ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC will report any users found pirating other products to the products developer or care-keeper.

PROTECTION OF TRADE SECRETS

By using any ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC product you agree not to decompile, back engineer, modify or change any part of it for the reasons of discovering its internal methods or works. To do so is a violation of ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC's copyright and trademark protection.

AGREEMENT

By installing, running or using any ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC product or service you agree to the above Policies. In addition you agree that you will follow the ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC's Policies at all times when using an ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC product or service.
